Mark Twain Families – During the month of March, Mark Twain Elementary students will be participating in a Formal Lockdown Training with the Silverton Police Department. Students will use their classroom lessons and training from this fall on what to do in an emergency event involving an armed intruder. This formal training will involve uniformed police officers interacting with students and staff. Your child may share these experiences with you at home.
