Mark Twain Families – Today, Wednesday, March 6th, Mark Twain Elementary students participated in a formal Armed Intruder training with the Silverton Police Department. Students used their classroom lessons and training from this fall on what to do in an emergency event involving an armed intruder. The formal Armed Intruder Training involved uniformed police officers interacting with students and staff. Your child may share these experiences with you at home.
